We're a property development company seeking a creative and organised Architectural Visualiser / 3D Artist to bring our interior and architectural projects to life. This is a hands-on role combining 3D modelling, photorealistic rendering and AI-assisted image enhancement and a virtual tour. You'll also coordinate an overseas team member, preparing clear briefs and reviewing their work while producing your own renders.
Full time work in office located in Annandale, Sydney.
Key responsibilities
- Creating accurate 3D models from architectural plans, sketches, measurements and reference images
- Producing high-quality interior and exterior renders showing proposed materials, furniture, lighting and finishes using AI tools
- Using AI tools to enhance realism while preserving the accuracy of the design, proportions and specified products
- Preparing clear briefs for an overseas team member, including reference images, material selections, camera angles, deliverables and deadlines
- Reviewing their models and renders, providing marked-up feedback and maintaining consistent quality across both workstreams
- Managing revisions, deadlines and organised project files
- Working closely with our team to communicate design ideas and explore different finishes and options
- Creating a virtual tour of the project
About you
- A background in architecture, interior design, architectural visualisation or a related field whether it be study or practiced work based
- Ideally 1–3 years' relevant experience, although a strong portfolio and demonstrated ability are more important
- Confident using a 3D modelling and rendering workflow, with an interest in incorporating AI tools
- A strong eye for materials, lighting, scale, composition and detail
- Able to interpret architectural drawings and translate a brief into accurate visuals
- Clear written communication and confidence giving constructive feedback
- Organised, proactive and comfortable managing your own tasks while coordinating someone else's work
