You'll work across commercial sales and leasing, with responsibilities including:
- Building relationships with property owners, buyers and tenants

- Conducting appraisals and property inspections
- Managing enquiries, negotiating deals and progressing transactions
- Providing consistent communication and a positive client experience
About you
- A proven track record in sales and leasing, ideally in commercial property
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills

- Confidence using technology and working in a paperless environment
- A current Queensland real estate licence or registration appropriate to the role, and a driver's licence
