Only About Children McDowall is seeking an Educational Leader to guide curriculum, coach educators and foster rich, inquiry-driven learning environments for children. You will be part of the Campus Leadership Team, shaping the educational philosophy and supporting rooms, routines and practice across the campus.
You’ll inspire and mentor Room Leaders and teachers, align with the Grow Curriculum and HEART Principles, and drive continuous improvement through critical reflection and collaborative.
