Kaizen Davis Pty Ltd (trading as Kaizen Commercial Finishes) is seeking a skilled Senior Commercial Painter to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. Based in Biggera Waters, QLD, this role involves working 38 hours per week on various commercial painting projects located across the Gold Coast. We are looking for an experienced professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality finishes and can work effectively both independently and as part of a crew.
In this role, your day-to-day responsibilities will typically involve:
- Surface preparation
- Applying paints, stains, and protective coatings to commercial structures
- Managing on-site materials
- Ensuring all work adheres to safety and quality standards
- Troubleshooting painting challenges on site
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Mentoring team members where appropriate to ensure timely project completion
