Working 38 hours per week, this role offers a competitive salary range of A$79,500 to A$90,000 per year, plus superannuation, with the final package determined commensurate with your level of experience.
About the Opportunity: Dust Free Concrete Cutting is a specialist contractor delivering precision concrete cutting, structural removal, and controlled demolition services across complex commercial and civil construction projects. We are seeking a Building Associate to support the technical planning, coordination, and supervision of our concrete cutting and construction support operations.
Key responsibilities in this role typically include:
- Assisting with the technical planning, scheduling, and coordination of construction and concrete cutting activities on-site.
- Liaising with project managers, site supervisors, and clients to ensure operational requirements and specifications are met.
- Reviewing project documentation, blueprints, and technical drawings to support safe and accurate execution of works.
- Monitoring on-site progress, assisting with quality control, and ensuring adherence to industry standards.
- Promoting and maintaining strict workplace health and safety (WHS) protocols across all active project sites.
- Preparing reports, documenting site activities, and assisting with general administrative tasks related to project delivery.
