OneCrew Tiling & Concreting is a growing, locally owned business on the Gold Coast. We’re a tight-knit crew of 6 doing quality tiling work across commercial, industrial and residential projects. Our work covers wall and floor tiling, waterproofing, screeding and patio and pool areas, and we’re growing fast.
About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable wall and floor tiler to join the team. You’ll work on a mix of projects, from bathrooms and kitchens to large commercial and industrial fit-outs. You’ll be backed by a supportive crew, with steady work and room to grow as we expand.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Laying wall and floor tiles to a high standard (ceramic, porcelain, large format and natural stone)
- Preparing surfaces, including screeding, levelling and waterproofing
- Setting out, cutting, fitting and grouting to a clean finish
- Reading plans and measuring up accurately
- Keeping job sites clean, safe and organised
- Working with the crew to finish jobs on time and on budget
About You
- Proven experience as a wall and floor tiler (minimum [X] years)
- High attention to detail and pride in your finish
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual and a good communicator
- Own transport and tools [or: tools supplied, adjust as needed]
- Current white card (construction induction) required
- Trade qualification or tiling licence [preferred / required]
- Experience with large format tiles and waterproofing is a bonus
- Commercial or industrial experience is a bonus
