OneCare currently has an exciting casual opportunity for a skilled and motivated Facility & Grounds Maintenance Assistant to join our team in Burnie.
As a Facility & Grounds Maintenance Assistant, the successful applicant will:
- Provide hands-on support to maintain the grounds of our consumers at the Facility, Independent Living Units and Rental Properties.
- Work as a member of the gardening and maintenance team to ensure that quality service is delivered whilst accommodating consumer choice.
- Undertake administrative duties associated with the role such as invoices and work requests, action all maintenance requests and maintain accurate records of work to meet audit and compliance requirements.
- Follow and adhere to OneCare standards, plans and guidelines.
