Position: Permanent part time 30 hours per week - Tuesday to Friday | Toddler age group
Salary: $33.87 - $38.14 (Inclusive of the Worker Retention payment) + Super
Qualification:Hold a Certificate lll or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)

Located in the heart of Melbourne’s west, One Tree Altona Meadows is a 58-place early childhood service offering nursery, toddler, and kindergarten programs. We’re seeking an educator with a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care to join our vibrant Altona Meadows team. You’ll work alongside a team of passionate educators to create inclusive, engaging, and inspiring experiences for children that promote exploration and learning.
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Experience working with children under 3 years of age
- A strong understanding of early childhood programs and child development
- Experience in planning learning cycles
- Strong understanding of the National Quality Standards and Child Safe Standards
- A commitment to child-led, play-based learning
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive, professional, and reflective approach
- Passion for creating meaningful and engaging learning experiences
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
- Supporting and guiding children through meaningful learning experiences
- Building positive relationships with families and colleagues
- Adhering to our service’s policies and the National Quality Framework
- Reflecting on and developing your practice to provide the best care and education
