Front of House – Sales, Admin & Gym Floor Support
Become a key member of our team at One Strength PTY LTD as Front of House – Sales, Admin & Gym Floor Support. In this full time role based in Bathurst, NSW 2798, you will be responsible for driving new sales, building relationships with potential customers, and contributing to the growth and success of our thriving fitness business.
This role will include general gym duties.
Experience in social media management & content creation will significantly enhance an applicant's chances of success
There is potential for further career development from this position if the individual is looking to expand their career, One Strength is a growing business and there will be additional locations opening in years to come.
For the right applicant we would consider both full time or casual positions.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers to understand their fitness and wellness goals, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs
- Deliver informative and compelling presentations to promote our gym memberships and programmes
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through a proactive and customer-centric approach
- Collaborate with the managment team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions to inform future campaigns
- Continuously expand your product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
- General facility upkeep
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the fitness or wellness industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
- Strong problem‑solving and negotiation skills to effectively address customer concerns
- Enthusiasm for health and fitness, and a genuine desire to help others achieve their wellness goals
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently to achieve targets
- Relevant sales or marketing qualifications are desirable, but not essential
