Repair Coordinator – Insurance Repairs

We're a family-owned and managed building business with a strong reputation across the insurance industry, and we're looking for a Repair Coordinator to join our insurance repairs team.
You'll play a key role in keeping residential insurance repairs on track, working closely with our customers, insurance partners, supervisors and trade network.
This is a busy, varied role where your ability to stay organised, solve problems and keep things moving will make a real difference.
The Role
You’ll manage a portfolio of insurance repair jobs from approval through to completion, supported by our on-road Supervision team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate trades, appointments and repair schedules to keep jobs progressing
- Proactively manage your portfolio, identifying delays and finding solutions to keep repairs moving
- Maintain clear, regular communication with customers, insurers, supervisors and subcontractors
- Prepare and manage job documentation, including progress and final invoicing
- Keep job records, updates and client portals accurate and up to date
- Deliver a positive customer experience, particularly for people navigating the challenges of property damage
- Support the wider team when needed

About You
We're looking for someone who is proactive, organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll bring:
- Strong administration, coordination and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach
- Confidence managing multiple jobs, deadlines and competing priorities
- Exceptional attention to detail and accurate record-keeping
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
- A solutions-focused attitude and the initiative to follow things through
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Experience in insurance repairs, construction administration, trade scheduling or claims coordination would be highly regarded.
