About the Role: We\'re on the lookout for reliable and multi-skilled Machinery Plant Operators and Civil Labourers to join our growing team! If you\'re hands-on, safety-focused, and enjoy working outdoors on a variety of tasks - this could be the perfect fit for you!
What You\'ll Be Doing:
- General labouring and site clean-up across active worksites
- Assisting machine operators with daily operations
- Trenching, spotting, and dismantling temporary structures
- Operators must have 2+ years operating experience
- Using hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Local work - be home every night
- Consistent hours and job security
- Supportive team environment with a strong safety culture
- Weekly pay with opportunities for overtime
What We\'re Looking For:
- Reliable and versatile operators/labourers with a strong work ethic
- RIW (Rail Industry Worker) and SARC (Safely Access the Rail Corridor) cards advantageous
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- Valid driver\'s license and own reliable transport
- Plant Operator tickets (RII\'s) along with experience are required for machinery operation
- Physically fit and ready to work in a fast-paced environment
