About the Role

Support the development of site master plans and the 5 year capital plan for each site.
Make sure safe work method statements, non routine work and contractor management meet our safety standards.
Look for improvements that lift throughput, reduce waste and cut energy use.
About You

At least 3 years managing maintenance, engineering or capital projects in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Experience delivering projects through installation, commissioning and handover.

Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel interstate.
Project management certification.
FMCG, food manufacturing or short shelf life supply chain experience.
Experience with equipment selection and specification.
