About the Role
2 Positions Available in our team for Super Star Appointment Setters. Our Call Centre team is at the core of our business and is key to help us grow across Queensland.
We are looking for outgoing, authentic and professional individuals who pride themselves on providing excellence in customer service, have outstanding communication skills and possess a passion for Energy Saving Solutions.
What we're looking for?
- We are open to hearing from outgoing Fundraisers, Retail or Hospitality workers looking for a change!
- Previous call centre experience (inbound/outbound) or Customer Service experience desirable, but not essential
- Full Solar Training will be provided
- Able to provide support to our sales team by calling prospective clients and scheduling appointments for them to attend
- High attention to detail with data accuracy
- Can do attitude with a willingness to learn
- Motivation to hit KPIs and earn commissions!
