Minimum Requirements for Assistant Director
- Experience in an Assistant Director role
- Completed a Diploma in Children's Services or Bachelor of Early Childhood

- Working with Children Check (must be employee)
- First Aid (ACECQA recognised course code)
- Asthma Management (ACECQA recognised course code)
- Anaphylaxis Management (ACECQA recognised course code)
- Child protection training
- Mandatory Child Safe Standards Training
