What you'll be doing
As a Senior Product Manager, you'll take ownership of product strategy from concept through to delivery, ensuring every initiative delivers value for both customers and the business.
Your responsibilities will include
- Defining and executing product vision, strategy and long term roadmap
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience, digital journeys and commercial outcomes
- Leading product discovery through customer research, market insights and data analysis
- Prioritising initiatives that maximise customer value and business impact
- Collaborating with Technology, Operations, Sales, Risk and Customer teams to bring products to market
- Using customer feedback and performance metrics to continuously optimise products
- Exploring and implementing AI and emerging technologies to enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency

- Significant Product Management experience within fintech, lending, payments or digital financial services
- Proven experience owning product strategy, roadmaps and customer-facing digital products
- Strong commercial acumen with a customer first mindset
- The ability to translate customer needs into innovative product solutions
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross functional teams
- A passion for innovation, AI and creating exceptional digital experiences
