About the Role
We are currently seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team and provide supports to our young client in Geelong.
This casual role offers a variety of shifts across Monday to Sunday, with 24 hour care.
Key duties will include
- Working in a SIL House environment
- Community participation outings and activities
What Do You Need?
- Solid experience in a similar Disability Support role
- Availability and flexibility to accept a range of different shifts
- Experience working with younger clients
- Ability to complete accurate administration and paperwork
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Current First Aid and CPR, Manual Handling and Medication training
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and WWCC
- Registered/Insured car and Drivers Licence
- Willingness to complete additional client specific training as needed
