The Role
Suitable for a solar trade assistant or second, third or fourth year electrical apprentice with previous solar installation experience, looking to build on a solid skill base in solar.
You’ll have already nailed the rooftop solar install fundamentals and be ready to hit the ground running.
Gain highly valuable experience and learn industry best-practice methods working on residential solar, batteries and EV charger installations.
Assist in delivering premium solar installations, acquiring new skills to up your installation game and bring a sense of enthusiasm and productivity to the work site.
You will be learning from a team of knowledgeable and experienced Solar Electricians with a great team environment, plus the opportunity for one-to-one training.

- Cautious when it counts: A strong focus on safety and risk assessment, always adhering to OH&S requirements.
- Eligible for/or have 'Working with children' check.
- Manual driver's license.
- White Card.
- 'Working at Heights' certificate.
- 'Working Safety in the Solar Industry' certificate (eg: Holmesglen one day course unit VU23631).
