WORK 12-HOUR SHIFTS & GET 4–5 DAYS OFF!
WHAT'S ON OFFER?
- 12-hour rotating day & night roster
- Day: 6:00am–6:00pm
- Night: 6:00pm–6:00am
- 4–5 consecutive days off
- Saturday – 1.5x penalty rate
- Sunday – 2x penalty rate
- Immediate starts
- Ongoing work with long-term potential

THE ROSTER
- 2 Days - 2 Nights - 5 Days OFF
- 2 Days - 3 Nights - 4 Days OFF
- 3 Days - 2 Nights - 5 Days OFF
Weekend work is part of the roster, with approximately 2 weekends per month.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Operating manufacturing machinery
- Monitoring production processes
- Assembling and testing components
- Completing quality checks
- Recording production information
- Following SOPs and safety procedures
- Manual handling and moving components
- Keeping the production area clean and safe
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous manufacturing, production or machine operating experience
- Strong safety awareness
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and hardworking
- Comfortable working 12-hour day & night shifts
- Physically fit for standing, repetitive work and manual handling
- Reliable transport – essential due to shift times and limited public transport
- Full, unrestricted Australian working rights
- Mechanical aptitude and experience in high-volume manufacturing will be highly regarded.
FULL TRAINING PROVIDED
You don't need to know the site from day one. Training will be provided across the machinery, processes and site procedures. We're looking for people with a solid manufacturing background who are keen to learn, reliable and ready for a long-term opportunity.
