Omni Recruit is working with a Newtown wing restaurant serving crispy wings, tenders and loaded sides to one of Sydney's liveliest crowds. We're looking for a Kitchen Supervisor who keeps the line moving, the standards high and the team laughing.

What you'll be doing
- Leading kitchen shifts and running the line
- Keeping quality and consistency spot on
- Managing prep, stock rotation, ordering and wastage
- Keeping food safety, cleaning and WHS on point
- Training and motivating the kitchen crew
- Working closely with the Head Chef and front of house
What you'll bring
- Experience as a kitchen supervisor, senior cook or sous chef in a busy kitchen
- Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent experience)
- NSW Food Safety Supervisor certificate (or willingness to get one)
- Energy, organisation and a team-first attitude
- Full Australian work rights
