Omni Recruit is working with a Parramatta wing restaurant that pumps out wings, tenders, loaded fries, mac 'n' cheese and tater tots to a packed Church Street crowd. We need a Kitchen Supervisor who loves volume, lives for consistency and can lead a crew through the rush.
Kitchen Supervisor – Parramatta

Omni Recruit is working with a Parramatta wing restaurant that pumps out wings, tenders, loaded fries, mac 'n' cheese and tater tots to a packed Church Street crowd. We need a Kitchen Supervisor who loves volume, lives for consistency and can lead a crew through the rush.
What you'll be doing
- Running kitchen shifts and leading the team on the line
- Keeping every plate consistent, fast and to spec
- Managing prep lists, stock rotation, ordering and wastage
- Keeping food safety, cleanliness and WHS tight
- Training and coaching cooks and kitchen hands
- Working with the Head Chef and front of house to keep service smooth
What you'll bring
- Experience as a kitchen supervisor, senior cook or sous chef in a high-volume kitchen
- Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent experience)
- NSW Food Safety Supervisor certificate (or willingness to get one)
- Calm, organised leadership when the dockets keep coming
- Full Australian work rights
