Account Executive position in the OMD Adelaide office working across major clients in Adelaide and National. This is an opportunity to develop your media skills with a leading market media agency. As an Account Executive, you will assist the members of your team in the creation of market leading ideas for our clients. To become an expert in digital and traditional media channels, you will be taught through real life on-the-job training and internal training program.
Key responsibilities
- Support day-to-day account management and implementation of campaigns
- Being contact for client/media liaison on day-to-day matters
- Administrative services such as arrangement of meetings, preparation of WIPs, compilation of project reports
- Checking booking confirmations and pre-times, campaign monitoring, post analysis matching and reporting under the guidance of direct manager
- Media Campaign Delivery tracking across all communication channels
- Providing assistance to the team during invoicing and reconciliation, financial administration
- Generate creative ideas within role accountabilities and actively contribute to idea generation and optimisation
- Ownership of campaign management and key media tools systems planning and trading
- Report to client on campaign delivery
- Monitor campaign delivery across channels and resolve issues quickly when needed
About you
- 1-2 years in an agency or media role
- Excellent communicator, both verbally and written
- Enjoy numbers and dealing with a diverse range of clients and media partners
- Thrive in a fast paced and dynamic team
- Keen attitude towards learning
- Adaptable and agile in your approach
- Natural collaborator and problem solver who is enthusiastic about helping others
- Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail
- Interested in growing skills across media planning, strategy, digital, analytics and sponsorships
- Experience across offline media channels, particularly TV buying, with knowledge of Out-of-Home, Radio, Digital and Print highly regarded
