About the Role: Working alongside an experienced Estate Manager, you will learn from the ground up how to transact real estate in this dynamic, challenging, but rewarding industry. You will learn a variety of skills, including understanding the dynamics of buyer demographics, marketing, promoting and developing business. You will work within a niche part of real estate, off the plan sales, where your focus will be on selling, and listing takes a back step. This is a Sales Associate position with a focus on learning and development for those wanting to start their career in the new homes and land market.
The Successful Applicant:
- Current Agents Representative Certificate or Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
- Previous experience in a client facing role preferred (e.g. retail, hospitality)
- A driver's licence or the ability to travel, if required (meetings, training and events)
- A passion for customer service and a career in Real Estate with a strong desire to learn and progress your career
- A high level of personal presentation
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- The ability to work in a team environment and independently
- Willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done
