KAMASE HOLDINGS PTY LTD ATF The Trustee for KAMASE HOLDINGS UNIT TRUST t/a Old School Pizza and Stone grill is looking for a qualified and experienced Cook to join our business on a full-time basis.
Key responsibilities
- Regulating temperatures of ovens, grills and other cooking equipment
- Preparing and cooking food
- Seasoning food during cooking
- Portioning food, placing it on plates and adding gravies, sauces and garnishes
- Storing food in temperature-controlled facilities
- Preparing food to meet special dietary requirements
- Cleaning and following health and safety procedures
About you
- Previous experience in the industry or in a similar role (at least 1-2 years)
- Relevant qualifications or skills
- Self-motivated, creative, confident and enthusiastic
