Key Responsibilities:
- Assessments, care planning and documentation.
- Person centred care
- Provide clinical governance to care assistants
- Lead care team to provide care and services for residents
- Complex nursing procedures and medication management
Successful candidates will have:
- Demonstrate good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
