We are searching for energetic Registered Nurses to join our vibrant team at Peakhurst Lodge in Peakhurst.
Night shifts
This position is located at: 16-18 Henry Lawson Drive
Responsibilities:
- Adhering to company policies and procedures in Clinical Care service delivery and provision of quality care for all residents.
- Clinical Documentations
- Guide care team to provide appropriate clinical and personal care to residents
- Health emergency responses, including identification of acute deterioration in residents and Incident management.
- Conducting wound and pain assessments; administer wound and pain management regimes.
Successful candidates will have:
- Demonstrate good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Good computer skills ie. MS Office, Web apps on PC & Mobile, Zoom
- Experience in Aged Care setting, two years +
