Make a meaningful impact across the Orange region as an External Claims Adjuster with Crawford. You’ll manage a diverse portfolio of commercial and domestic property claims from initial notification through to settlement, using your property expertise, investigation and problem-solving skills to deliver positive outcomes for customers and clients. What You Will Do
- Manage property claims from notification through to settlement
- Inspect damage, investigate causes and assess losses
- Review coverage and make sound settlement recommendations
- Coordinate trades, specialists and service providers
- Manage reserves, costs and claim documentation
- Prepare clear reports and maintain accurate records
- Deliver timely, compliant and customer-focused outcomes
What You Will Bring
- Experience in loss adjusting, claims management, property, construction, building or trades
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and report-writing skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities and make sound decisions
- A customer-focused approach, with empathy and professionalism
- A current driver’s licence and Australian/New Zealand work rights
- A willingness to complete a police check and continue developing your expertise
