About The Role
Store Business Manager at our Fyshwick store.
You will inspire and coach a team of roughly 30+ to deliver an exceptional in‑store customer experience, drive sales and profit, manage expenses, maintain safety standards and lead a fun, positive and safe culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a large retail team.
- Coach and develop the team, including safety training.
- Ensure store operations run effectively to exceed sales and profit targets.
- Manage expenses and maintain budgets.
- Lead from the front in workplace health and safety.
About You
- Previous senior retail management experience leading a large team (30+).
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop people.
- Flexible availability across our shift hours.
- Strong understanding of Retail Operations.
- Experience working to KPIs and budgets.
- Excellent time‑management and organisational skills.
- People leadership and safety management experience.
