- Set up new starters with everything they need to hit the ground running, from AD and Entra ID accounts to licensing and devices.

- A friendly and approachable manner, you're the person people are relieved to get on the phone when something's not working.
- Exposure to Windows devices, Microsoft 365 or a helpdesk/ticketing system is a bonus, but for this role, attitude counts for more than a CV.
- A qualification or study towards a relevant IT certification is a ideal, as is any hands-on experience in a similar role.
- A natural problem-solver who enjoys getting to the bottom of an issue.
- Comfortable picking up new systems and processes quickly, and confident asking questions when you don't know something yet.
