The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Multiple cuisines. We are looking for a passionate, self-motivated professional that is focused on being an integral member of the team. Excellent leadership skills are a must and the ability to contribute to the continued growth of the business.
The successful applicant will:
- Skills in preparing different variety of cuisine.
- Presentation skills.
- Creative and skills in menu preparation, design.
- Ability to handle large service numbers and ensure quality of the food prepared.
- Assist storage and ordering.
- Train and manage junior cooks and kitchen staff.
- Achieving all safety, hygiene and food quality
To be considered for the position you must possess the following:
- At least 2 years experience in a similar role
- Cert lll or similar qualification
- IELTS/PTE Complete
- This is a full-time position with sponsorship available for the right candidate.
