About the Opportunity
We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, and experienced Practice Manager to lead our fantastic team of highly experienced doctors, registered nurses and administrative team members at our Ochre Eumundi practice.
Location: Ochre Medical Centre Eumundi
Core Responsibilities:
- Ensure the Practice provides best practice primary health care to the community
- Ensure process and systems are in accordance with National Standards for Accreditation
- Manage team performance of practice clinical and non-clinical employees
- Source and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, health providers, and community organisations
- Develop and implement a practice business plan which will enhance further an already high standard of patient health outcomes while driving financial sustainability
Requirements:
- Previous experience in management (any industry, ideally 3–5+ years’ experience working with multidisciplinary teams will be highly regarded)
- Experience in financial management and reporting processes
- Good working knowledge of the Medicare Schedule
- Strength in building customer and stakeholder relationships
- Ability to manage a diverse range of Team members and contractors
- Demonstrated patient-focused approach in service provision
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
