The predicted salary is between 62100 - 75900 $ per year.
You will manage prospective clients throughout the sales journey, ensuring every qualified enquiry and proposal receives the attention, communication and professional follow-up it deserves.
Your primary responsibility is to improve our sales conversion rate while maintaining the premium positioning and profitability of Ocean Landscapes.
Key responsibilities
- Taking ownership of qualified sales opportunities and outstanding proposals
- Building strong relationships with prospective clients and understanding their motivations, expectations and concerns
- Conducting professional proposal presentations alongside our Estimating team
- Implementing consistent, strategic follow-up processes to maximise conversions
- Confidently addressing pricing objections and competitive quotations
- Communicating the value of our workmanship, warranties, project management and concierge-level service
- Identifying buying signals and confidently asking for the sale
- Guiding clients through the decision-making process and securing signed contracts
- Maintaining an organised and accurate sales pipeline through our CRM
- Collaborating closely with the Directors, Estimator and Project Management team to ensure a seamless client experience
About you
- A proven track record in closing high-value sales
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
- The confidence to handle objections without immediately offering discounts
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
- A disciplined, proactive approach to following up prospective clients
- The ability to understand client psychology and identify what drives purchasing decisions
- Experience managing a structured sales pipeline and meeting measurable targets
- High levels of accountability, initiative and personal motivation
- Professional presentation and a commitment to exceptional customer service
- Experience in residential construction, renovations, custom homes, landscaping, property or other premium high-ticket sales environments will be highly regarded
