Ocean Reach Brewing on Phillip Island seeks an experienced Production Manager (Brewing) to lead day-to-day brewery operations and drive quality and efficiency. This permanent, full-time role combines hands-on brewing with leadership of a small production team.
You will plan production, manage brewing and packaging, ensure safety and quality, and contribute to process improvements and new product development. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in brewing and a passion for high-quality beer.
