Occupational Therapy Helping Children Pty Ltd – Frenchs Forest NSW

Occupational Therapy Helping Children (OTHC) has been providing dynamic and progressive pathways for children, young people and their families for over 30 years. Based in our purpose-built clinic in Frenchs Forest on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, we support more than 500 families through clinic, in-school, in-community and telehealth services across Sydney and Australia-wide.

The majority of our clientele are infant and adolescents between 0 - 14 but with OTHC, support doesn’t stop at 18 - through OTHC Beyond, we work with young adults aged 15-25, because the transition to adulthood shouldn’t mean the end of the OT support that’s working for them. We embrace and celebrate the unique strengths of every child and teen, valuing neurodiversity and fostering an inclusive environment where they can thrive.
