An experienced Site Foreman is needed to lead on-site stone and tile installations across residential and commercial projects. You'll run the job on site — coordinating installers and trades, setting the standard for finish quality, and ensuring every project is delivered on time, safe and defect-free.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and coordinate install crews and subcontract trades on site
- Set out and supervise stone benchtop, cladding and tile installations
- Own quality control — check finishes, manage defects and handovers
- Read plans and drawings, set out work and confirm site measures
- Keep sites safe, tidy and compliant (SWMS, White Card)
- Liaise with builders, clients and the fabrication workshop
- Keep projects on schedule and report progress to management
