- Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and implement engaging educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and contribute to continuous quality improvement across all seven Quality Areas
- Mentor and support other educators, sharing your knowledge and expertise
- Build strong, respectful partnerships with families
- Contribute to the smooth running of the room and wider centre
- Assist in creating safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environments
- Support children’s daily routines, learning experiences, and wellbeing
- Work collaboratively with your team to deliver high-quality care
- Contribute to documentation and observations of children’s learning
- Apply a working knowledge of the EYLF and NQF, ensuring practice aligns with best outcomes for children
- Trainees
- Learn on the job while studying towards your Certificate III
- Work under the guidance of experienced educators
- Support children’s play, learning, and care routines
- Be open to feedback, training, and continuous growth
- Bring enthusiasm, curiosity, and a willingness to learn
