Join a fast-growing, acquisition-led healthcare Group, currently in a genuine growth phase with strong, consistent performance and continued organic and inorganic growth.

Reporting into the General Manager, this role combines operational leadership with growth strategy and M&A. You'll be the link between head office and a network of medical centres across multiple states, working closely with centre leaders to lift performance, integrate newly acquired centres and bring growth plans to life. It's a flat structure with real autonomy and high visibility, alongside senior leaders from top-tier consulting backgrounds who have made the same move into healthcare and can show you the career pathways in front of you.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with centre business managers to run and grow their centres, building their commercial capability and helping them lead growth decisions
  • Owning monthly performance reviews with senior leaders and individual centres, translating the P&L into clear priorities and actions
  • Driving growth strategy across the network, including premises expansion, doctor recruitment and new specialties
  • Supporting M&A activity, from commercial due diligence through to completion and post-acquisition integration
  • Leading the integration of a newly acquired centre into the network, including systems and process implementation
  • Driving the centralisation of medical records between head office and the centres
  • Identifying and sizing operational improvement opportunities, piloting them in selected centres and rolling out what works

What You'll Bring:

  • 3 to 4 years' experience in management consulting gained within a leading management consulting firm, with a focus on strategy (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Kearney, L.E.K., Oliver Wyman, Strategy&, EY-Parthenon, Monitor Deloitte or similar)
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, including financial modelling and clear, insightful slide communication
  • Proven ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • A flexible, hands-on style with initiative, comfortable working across many different business models
  • Healthcare, M&A or post-merger integration exposure highly regarded, though not essential
