Head of Strategy in Sydney

I'm partnering with a leading Australian consumer group to find a senior strategy leader to work closely with the GM of Group Strategy and the executive team on some of the organisation's most important strategic priorities.

• 7+ years' experience in a top-tier strategy consultancy (MBB or equivalent)
• A track record of solving complex strategic problems and delivering large-scale transformation.
• Strong executive presence and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• A genuine interest in retail, consumer, digital and technology.
• A passion for leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams.
