NW Professional is partnering with a well-established and growing construction business to recruit an experienced Project Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to join a cooperative team where you ll play a pivotal role in supporting the successful delivery of commercial construction projects from start to finish.

About the role
Working closely with the management team, you'll provide end-to-end project coordination and administration support across multiple projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating project documentation and reporting
- Assisting with budgets, forecasts and cost tracking
- Processing invoices, claims and subcontractor payments
- Supporting contract administration and tender documentation
- Monitoring project progress and key milestones
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Maintaining project records and compliance documentation
- Supporting project close-out activities and continuous improvement initiatives
About you
You'll bring:
- Previous experience in a Project Coordinator or Project Administration role within construction, engineering or a related industry
- Strong financial and commercial administration skills
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency across Microsoft Office (experience with project management software is advantageous)
