National Workforce is seeking reliable and hardworking Hygiene Department Team Members to join our team at a busy commercial bakery in Moorebank. We currently have two roles available within the Hygiene Department, offering stable weekday work and full training.
Roles AvailableFactory Cleaner
- Deep cleaning of industrial bakery equipment, ovens, mixers, conveyors, and production lines
- Cleaning floors, walls, drains, and work surfaces in production and storage areas
- Safe handling and use of industrial cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Completing cleaning schedules and maintaining hygiene records
- Working closely with production staff to maintain food safety standards
Bread Tipping Operator
- Tipping bread and bakery products into large industrial bins for processing
- Comfortable with heavy lifting and repetitive work
- Safely handling bakery products and following hygiene procedures
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Assisting the Hygiene team with general cleaning and operational tasks as required
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures

What We're Looking For
- Ability to work in a fast‐paced, physically demanding environment
- Availability to work 5 days per week (potential weekend work)

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full work rights in Australia
- Must complete Rapid/Chemical inductions
