We're currently seeking an experienced Team Leader Level Storeman with a strong inbound warehousing background to join a busy and growing distribution operation based in Arundel. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated warehouse professional who can lead by example, coordinate inbound operations, and ensure stock is received, processed, and stored accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate daily inbound warehouse operations
- Supervise and support warehouse staff
- Receive, inspect and process incoming stock
- Ensure accurate inventory control and stock allocation
- Liaise with transport providers and internal departments
- Maintain warehouse safety and operational efficiency
- Assist with loading, unloading and general warehouse duties when required
- Drive continuous improvement in warehouse processes
About You:
- Previous experience in a Team Leader, Leading Hand or Senior Storeman role
- Strong inbound warehouse experience in a busy environment
- Excellent inventory and stock control knowledge
- Experience coordinating warehouse teams and daily workflow
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, hands-on attitude with excellent attention to detail
- Current Forklift (LF) Licence preferred
- Ability to work in a physically demanding warehouse environment
