About the role
You'll play a key role in keeping transport operations running smoothly by providing administrative support to the transport team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating driver paperwork and transport documentation
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Liaising with drivers, customers and internal departments
- Scheduling and updating transport information
- Assisting with PODs and freight documentation
- General administration and customer service duties
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a transport, logistics or warehouse administration role
- Strong data entry and computer skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Experience with transport management systems (highly regarded)
- A positive, reliable and team-focused attitude
