  • Travelling to customer properties and agricultural sites across Central & Southern NSW
  • Building positive relationships with growers and customers both over the phone and on-farm
  • Planning and coordinating customer visits to maximise efficiency and productivity
  • Collecting and recording accurate field data
  • Working safely in a range of farming environments and weather conditions
  • Maintaining equipment and ensuring vehicles are kept in good working order
  • Providing a high level of customer service and professionalism

What you’ll bring

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • A current Driver's Licence
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • The ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
  • Confidence working directly with farmers and rural customers
  • A willingness to travel regularly throughout the region
  • Flexibility to undertake overnight travel and periods away from home
  • A strong commitment to safety and attention to detail

What you’ll get

  • Competitive hourly rate
  • Consistent work, with 5 days per week available
  • The opportunity to work outdoors across diverse agricultural regions
  • Exposure to the latest agronomy and precision agriculture technologies and practices
  • Ongoing learning and development within the agricultural industry
  • The flexibility and independence to manage your own territory and schedule
  • A supportive, collaborative, and friendly team culture where your contribution is valued
  • The opportunity to build strong relationships with growers and make a real impact on Australian agriculture
