Senior Realestate Business Development Manager - Rent Roll Growth
We are a new property management business looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to help expand our rent roll. The role requires someone who can bring in new landlords, secure management agreements and consistently deliver properties ready to be managed.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and secure new property management clients
- Bring in new properties through existing network, referrals and prospecting
- Meet with landlords and convert opportunities into signed management agreements
- Build relationships with property investors, developers and real estate professionals
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of new management opportunities
- Work towards a target of 10-15 new properties per month
About you
- Proven experience growing a property management rent roll
- Ability to secure 10-15 new managements per month
- Existing network of landlords, property investors, developers and referral partners is highly desirable
- Ability to generate your own leads and convert them into signed management agreements
- Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated track record of bringing new properties into a rent roll
- Motivated, independent and confident in ability to deliver results
