About the Role
As an experienced and organised Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. If you are detail-oriented multitasker with a big heart and a love for helping others, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Full-time role based in our Maitland office. 38 hour week, Monday - Friday
Your responsibilities will include:
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Bank and balance sheet reconciliations
- Payroll processing and reporting using MYOB
- End-of-month reconciliations and reporting support
- Supplier and membership account management
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Supporting management with financial administration and reporting
What You'll Bring
- Proven bookkeeping or accounts experience using MYOB
- Minimum 3-5 years of bookkeeping or accounts experience
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Professional, confidential, and reliable
- Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
- Payroll experience with 50+ employees
- Knowledge of SCHAD's award highly regarded
- Scheduling experience highly regarded
