Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver nursing education curriculum in accordance with academic and clinical standards.
- Guide and mentor in both classroom and clinical settings.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum development, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Stay updated with the latest evidence-based practices and healthcare regulations.
- Must be able to relocate temporarily or travel interstate in alignment with organizational needs
- Provide ongoing support, maintain records and report on program outcomes
- Facilitate practical experience for trainee nurses
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in nursing or nursing education (required).
- Active AHPRA Registration as an RN
- Minimum 2 years and above of clinical nursing experience.
- Having a background in critical care and emergency care will be an added advantage.
- Prior teaching experience preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication, management and organizational skills.
- Experience working in EMEA countries preferred
