- We are seeking applications from driven individuals to join our Planning Team in Moama
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Installations Coordinator to join our team based at Moama, NSW.
- Reporting to the Installations Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
- Scheduling tank installations on a day-to-day basis to meet a planned scheduled
- Rescheduling of installations when required
- Updating installer schedules with current status e. g. completed or deferred
- Invoicing the previous days installations upon confirmation of completed install
- Liaising with plumbers and supervisors to achieve desired outcomes for installations
- Coordinating with the Logistics and Planning departments about installations after delivery
- Cooperating with and support the compliance management system and encourage workplace colleagues to do the same
- Developing employee awareness of product compliance obligations
- Actively participating in corrective actions from concerns or internal audits.
About You
- Experience in customer service and communication
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise
- Ability to change, adapt and continuously improve
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Office 365
