Full Time Role with Market Leading Tank Manufacturer
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our highly driven team in Yatala.
The Role
- Scheduling tank installations on a day-to-day basis to meet a planned schedule.
- Rescheduling of installations when required.
- Updating installer schedules with current status e.g. completed or deferred.
- Invoicing the previous day's installations upon confirmation of completed install.
- Liaising with plumbers and supervisors to achieve desired outcomes for installations.
- Coordinating with the Logistics and Planning departments about installations after delivery.
- Cooperating with and supporting the compliance management system and encouraging workplace colleagues to do the same.
- Developing employee awareness of product compliance obligations.
- Actively participating in corrective actions from concerns or internal audits.
About You:
- Experience in customer service and communication.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise.
- Ability to change, adapt and continuously improve.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Office 365.
