About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Client Services Manager whotakes pride in delivering exceptional support to clients and advisers.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparedocumentation for client meetings and manage post-meeting follow-up
- Manageclient communications, scheduling, and general service coordination
- Buildstrong, ongoing relationships with both clients and internal advisers
- Maintainingclient database to ensure the information is accurate and complete
- Manageclients queries as they arise
- Requesting,collating, and reviewing information from existing and new clients
- Developingand maintaining any internal process documents and worksheets tostreamline business processes and to improve client management
- Generaladministration to support team members
About You
You are highly organised, detail-oriented and passionateabout delivering exceptional client service.
Ideally, you’ll bring:
- 2 - 4 years of experience infinancial planning in a similar or related support role
- Strong communication skills –written and verbal
- Knowledge of adviceimplementation and compliance processes
- Sound understanding of adviceimplementation and processes
- Exceptional organisationalskills and a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skillsand can operate well within a team
