Nucon is seeking a Fleet Supervisor - Concrete to own the performance, compliance and availability of our agitator fleet across the Gold Coast and Northern NSW. This practical, people-focused role collaborates with Production Managers, batchers, owner-drivers, drivers and the NuConnect team to keep the fleet safe, compliant and ready to deliver for customers.
You'll oversee day-to-day fleet performance, driver development, maintenance planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
