What you'll be doing
- Designing and building scalable backend systems and APIs
- Contributing across the full lifecycle from ideation to production release
- Working on data-driven features and tuning systems for performance
- Investigating complex problems and delivering robust long-term solutions
- Collaborating with product, design, and leadership stakeholders
- Contributing to engineering standards through code reviews and best practices
Their Stack & Requirements
- PostgreSQL/MySQL and SQL design
- AWS, Docker
- APIs, backend services, or data intensive systems
- Testing, CI/CD, and agile development practices
- Comfortable contributing across frontend when required
Nice to have
- Experience with AI tools, data platforms, or search technologies (e.g. Elasticsearch)
- Exposure to additional backend languages (e.g. Go)
